What can I do if my online payment fails? What must I do if I have not received an OTP (One-time PIN) from the bank when paying online? What is the CVV number and where do I find it? Can I use an online voucher on an order that has already been placed? Can I get a refund for my online payment if I am not happy with my order?

Can I use the balance of my voucher on a later order?
