I’m unable to log in due to a "Server Error" – what should I do?
If you've entered your password incorrectly multiple times, your profile will be temporarily blocked for 24 hours as a security measure.
When this occurs, the login screen displays an error message: "Server Error – Please try again."
Although it appears to be a technical issue, this message indicates that your profile is currently blocked. You will need to wait 24 hours before you try logging in or placing another order.
